"Woooow" bang! I hit
a tree and I hurt my leg. My friends ran and ran down from the top of the
mountain and asked me, "Are you all right?" and "Did you hurt yourself?"
When they understood I hurt my leg, they said to go to my house immediately.
I didn’t want to go back because I thought I just hurt my skin and muscles,
but when I stood up, I felt I hurt my bone so I decided to go back to my
house.
It was one snow day, so I went to the snow mountain to play in the snow. One of my friends helped me to go to my house. When I arrived beside my house, I said to my friend, "Thank you for helping me." Then I went into my house.
When I opened the door, nobody answered. I was sure everybody was in the house. Later my mother came, and said "It is only about 10’o clock " and I said, "One friend forgot he had to go to the dentist. Another friend said he had go to shopping." I was lying to my mother because I didn’t want her to realize I hurt my leg. So I acted normal but I felt so much more pain than before. I said, "I hurt my left leg." My mother decided to go with me to the hospital after I ate my lunch.
When I entered the hospital,
the reception nurse said, "What happened?" My mother told her I hurt my
left leg. The nurse said to go in the room. This hospital is a specialist
hospital of bone. When I entered the room, there was a doctor and he asked
me if I hurt my leg at Snow Mountain. And then the doctor said, "Take an
X-ray". I was so nervous, so the doctor said "Relax, relax." I breathed
deeply several times, and then he took one picture and two pictures. It
took just 20 seconds.
The doctor looked at the X-ray and said, "You must have a bruise. You did not you did break your leg." I felt relief that I didn’t break my leg but I couldn’t play soccer and other sports that week. Then after one week I could play any sports but I couldn’t play in the snow because my mother said snow surfaces are slippery and too dangerous. I was unhappy!
